At Beauty In You, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and fair refund and return policy to ensure your shopping experience is a positive one.

 

WIGS AND HAIR EXTENSIONS:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • We accept returns and offer refunds within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the wig or extension must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom orders, wigs and extensions that have been altered or styled are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
  • Final Sale items, including wigs marked as discounted or clearance, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact us at customercare@beautyinyou.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product if applicable (e.g., damage or defect)
  • Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your returned wig or extension is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your wig or extension arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at customercare@beautyinyou.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your wig or extension for a different style, colour, or size, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
  • The new item will be subject to availability, and you may be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Wigs and extensions that have been used due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Wigs and extensions that have been styled, cut, or altered
  • Wigs and extensions purchased during a sale or promotion (unless otherwise stated)
  • Gift vouchers

8. Exceptions:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all wig accessories such as caps, combs, and brushes are non-returnable.

JEWELLERY AND OTHER ITEMS:

At Beauty In You, we are committed to providing high-quality, beautiful jewelry and other items, and we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and fair return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • We accept returns and offer refunds within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original, undamaged condition, including any packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
  • Custom-made or personalized items (including engraved jewellery or customized designs) are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Sale or discounted items are subject to specific terms and may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Please check the product description for any sale exclusions.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at customercare@beautyinyou.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the jewellery if applicable (e.g., defects or damages)
  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned jewellery or item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

  • If your jewellery or item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at customercare@beautyinyou.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping, for items that are defective or incorrect.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or colour, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
  • If the new item is of greater value, you may be required to pay the difference. If it is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
  • The cost of return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized jewellery or items (e.g., engraved pieces or items with custom initials)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective or damaged)
  • Gift cards or vouchers

8. Conditions for Returns:

  • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Any jewellery or items that shows signs of wear, has been altered, or is missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are defective.

9. Late Returns:

  • Returns made after the 7-day return window will not be accepted. We encourage you to inspect your jewellery or items promptly upon delivery.

10. Exceptions:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and any personalized or custom-made jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged.
